The Ethic DTC Trianon in polished chrome finish: the first chromoly handlebar on the market with the starnut already welded inside. You can mount it with ICS without buying or inserting a starnut. Simple, strong, and at a very fair price.

The welded starnut, in practice

On a classic ICS setup, you have to push a starnut into the tube — a tedious operation, and often poorly done. Here it's factory welded: no slipping, no play, nothing extra to buy.

Which compression systems?

• ICS: yes, starnut welded from the factory
• SCS: yes, plug provided to block the slit (standard SCS clamp, or oversize with shim)
• IHC: possible, but the welded starnut may interfere with a long fork or short head tube — ask us first
• HIC: no

Maintaining chrome

The polished finish is superb but leaves the steel exposed. Wipe your handlebars after a session in the rain and occasionally use a lightly oiled cloth to prevent rust spots.
