Dip bar shape with gussets

The crossbar dips slightly in the center (hence the name "dip bar") and reinforcement gussets thicken the joints. It is a design intended to withstand rough beginnings.

IHC compression

The Z350 is designed for IHC assembly, the most common standard for complete scooters. Its outer tube is oversized with a standard diameter interior.
